Discover new opportunities at Annual Graduate School Fair Nov. 8

If you are thinking of upgrading your bachelor’s degree to a master’s or doctorate, be sure to check out Georgia Southern University’s Annual Graduate School Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 8. Admission is free and no advance registration is required.

Open to anyone considering a graduate degree, the fair will provide Georgia Southern students, community members, and students from other area universities information regarding their graduate school options. The event, sponsored by Georgia Southern’s Career Services Office and the Jack N. Averitt College of Graduate Studies, is planned for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Russell Union Ballroom.

‘Representatives from Georgia Southern graduate programs and representatives from other colleges with graduate programs will be on hand to answer student questions about the degrees offered and the application process,” said Amy Rowell, assistant director of Career Services. ‘This is one-stop-shopping for prospective graduate students. We expect more than 45 universities to attend, with opportunities to learn about public health, law, nursing, psychology, business, education, and other professional programs.”
