Enrollment Services offers Georgia Southern students central hub for student services

Enrollment services helps students helps students connect the dots for student aid, records and accounts.

Enrollment Services, a central hub that is dedicated to helping students connect the dots when it comes to the enrollment process, now has two walk-up service centers at Georgia Southern University.

Located in the Rosenwald Building on the Statesboro Campus and in Victor Hall on the Armstrong Campus in Savannah, Enrollment Services is a first stop for undergraduate and graduate students who have questions regarding general admissions, student records, student accounts and student aid.

“We are here to be an advocate for our students and to make sure their needs for the enrollment process are met,” said Alexis Stinson, director of Enrollment Services. “This is important for our students because they no longer have to go to various departments around campus to get the information they need or questions answered. We’re here to handle most, if not all, enrollment questions for them.”

Enrollment Services provides all customer service for most enrollment management offices, such as Financial Aid and the Registrar, and serves as the front line for the Office of the Bursar.

Enrollment Services representatives staff the walk-up service centers on both campuses Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enrollment Services representatives in the call center are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 912-478-3675.

Enrollment Services opened in the fall semester on the Armstrong Campus through a walk-up service center and a call center. The second Enrollment Services walk-up service center opened in March on the Statesboro Campus.
