Waters College of Health Professions programs garner national recognition

Three master’s and a bachelor’s degree program in the Waters College of Health Professions at Georgia Southern University have garnered national recognition from ranking platforms in their respective areas. 

The Master of Science in Kinesiology with a coaching education concentration was ranked No. 4 by Best College Reviews in a review of the best online masters in coaching programs. The ranking was based on five primary factors: student satisfaction, earning potential, retention data, affordability and acceptance rates. 

Best Value Schools ranked the Master of Science in Sport Management degree No. 6 on the list, “The 30 Best Masters In Sports Management Programs in 2021,” and the Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences with a concentration in radiography degree No. 4 on the list of  “Best 25 X-Ray Tech Schools in 2021.” The Master of Science in Kinesiology, Sport and Exercise Psychology concentration also was ranked by Best Value Schools at No. 2 on its “Top 15 Best Sports Psychology Degree in 2021.”

These rankings were determined based on a school’s yearly tuition and graduation rate.
