Show the Flag

How far can Eagles fly? The answer, according to www.georgiasouthern.edu/go, seems to be “around the earth.”

Alumni and students have submitted dozens of photos of themselves displaying their True Blue flags from around the globe in the past year. “We’ve had a huge response,” said Suzanne Tatum of the University’s Office of Marketing and Communications. Tatum said more than 20 countries are represented on the True Blue map. And, she added, “We’ve used these photos in a lot of University advertising so you never know where your photos might show up.”

Anyone who wants to participate can download and print out the True Blue flag from the site, shoot a photo of themselves anywhere in the world.

Those who would prefer to pick up True Blue signs in person may come by the Office of Marketing and Communications in Anderson Hall.
