Georgia Southern Senior Picks up Prestigious Writing Award

Evin Hughes attended the Norman Mailer Center’s Annual Benefit Gala in New York City last October to receive the Muhammad Ali Writing Award for Ethics. Hughes received the award and a check for $10,000 from Muhammad Ali, his wife, Lonnie and film director Oliver Stone for the award winning essay “Float Like a Plane, Sting Like a Bomb: The Ethics of U.S. Drone Attacks.”
