College of Public Health Celebrates

The Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health marked a new chapter in its history Jan. 11, when it celebrated its 10th anniversary. Established in 2004, the College was made possible through an endowment from Biostatics Professor Karl E. Peace, Ph.D., a Georgia Cancer Coalition Distinguished Cancer Scholar. A tribute to Peace’s wife, the College remains one of only 51 accredited schools and colleges of public health in the United States.
